Appendix I
The Companies of the Fiat Group
Pursuant to Consob Resolution No. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as
subsequently amended (Article 126 of the Regulations), a
complete list of Group companies and significant investments
is provided on the following pages.
Companies in the list are grouped according to type of control
and consolidation method, and are further classified in
accordance with IFRS 8 –
Operating Segments
.
For each company, the following information is provided:
name, location of registered office, country and share capital
(in the original currency). Additionally, the percentage
consolidated and the percentage interest held directly by Fiat
S.p.A. or its subsidiary is also shown. The column on the far
right shows the percentage of voting rights exercisable at an
ordinary general meeting, where such percentage differs from
the percentage of shares held.
