The following table sets forth information regarding compensation for our ‘‘named executive
officers’’, who are Mr. Edward D. Breen, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Christopher
Coughlin, our Chief Financial Officer; the three of our most highly compensated executive officers that
were employed by us at the end of fiscal year 2007; and William B. Lytton and David E. Robinson, two
executive officers who were employed by us during fiscal year 2007, but were not employed by us at the
