Finally, we have a strong track record
of returning significant amounts of
cash to our shareholders in the form
of dividends and share buybacks. Over
the last 5 years, we’ve repurchased
61 million shares, representing a 13%
reduction in outstanding shares. We
also have a meaningful and growing
dividend. In 2014, we increased
our dividend 11%, marking the 10th
consecutive year we’ve increased our
dividend at a double-digit rate, one
of only 12 companies in the S&P 500
to do so.
