Section 8.18 Counterparts; Electronic Signatures . This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which
will be deemed an original, and all of which will constitute one and the same Agreement. Facsimile signatures or signatures delivered by email
in .pdf or similar format will be deemed original signatures for purposes of this Agreement.
