Total consolidated assets increased $1,412.4 million from December 31, 2012 to December 31, 2013. The increase was primarily related to
increases in our U.S. car rental, worldwide equipment rental and all other operations segments' revenue earning equipment, driven by
increased volumes, as well as our strategic investment in China Auto Rental, partly offset by a decrease in fleet receivables within our U.S.
car rental segment, primarily related to the timing of purchases and sales of revenue earning equipment.
