Acquisitions continue to provide a source of new revenues at Hertz. We are rounding out product
lines which complement our core businesses and penetrate underserved territories. We made
both car and equipment rental acquisitions in 2011 which expand our customer offerings and
our capabilities. We continue to make strides forward to become the one-stop shop for mobility
and equipment rental solutions for small and large companies, and individuals.

RECENT ACQUISITIONS

Corp., one of North America’s largest fleet
leasing and management companies, with
150,000 vehicles deployed across the U.S.,
Canada and Mexico. Donlen leases vehicles to
Fortune 500 companies and small business
fleets alike. Donlen also provides innovative
and technology-driven fleet management
and maintenance services. Hertz and Donlen
are developing products jointly.”
