The directors have pleasure in presenting their report together with the audited fi nancial statements of the Group and of the
Company for the fi nancial year ended 31 March 2007.

2 Arrangements to Enable Directors to Acquire Shares And Debentures
Neither at the end of the fi nancial year, nor at any time during that fi nancial year, did there subsist any arrangements to
which the Company is a party, whereby directors might acquire benefi ts by means of the acquisition of shares and share
options in, or debentures of, the Company or any other body corporate, other than pursuant to the Singapore Airlines
Limited Employee Share Option Plan (“ESOP”), the Singapore Airlines Restricted Share Plan (“RSP”) and the Singapore
Airlines Performance Share Plan (“PSP”). Please refer to section 5 of this Report for options granted under the ESOP and
shares awarded under the RSP and PSP.
