* The new retainer for ExCo members is proposed to be the same as the retainer for AC members, in recognition of the volume of transactions requiring the ExCo’s
deliberation throughout the year.
The net Directors’ fees proposed to be paid in 2006-07 is S$1,319,304 [FY 05-06: S$930,833]. Mr Chew Choon Seng’s fees
will be retained by the Company.
