B. at the expiration of such three-year period, continue to provide the Executive with health insurance and on-line travel privileges on the
same basis such benefits were provided to the Executive on the last day of such three-year period, with such benefits to continue for the
life of the Executive; provided, however, that if the Executive becomes eligible for health insurance through a subsequent employer, the
Company's provision of such benefits shall be secondary to the benefit coverage of the subsequent employer.
(e) Other Termination. Upon any termination of the Executive's employment following the Executive's completion of at least five (5) years of service
with the Company, the Company will continue to provide the Executive with on-line travel privileges on the same basis such benefits were provided to the
Executive on the last day of the Executive's employment.
7. Non-exclusivity of Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent or limit the Executive's continuing or future participation in any benefit, bonus,
incentive or other plans, programs, policies or practices, provided by Group, the Company or any of its subsidiaries and for which the Executive may qualify,
nor shall anything herein limit or otherwise affect such rights as the Executive may have under any stock option, restricted stock or other agreements with
Group, the Company or any of its subsidiaries. Amounts which are vested benefits or which the Executive is otherwise entitled to receive under any Plan,
policy, practice or program of Group, the Company or any of its subsidiaries at or subsequent to the Date of Termination shall be payable in accordance with
such plan, policy, practice or program.
