The number of stockholders of record was 4,643 as of February 12, 2010.
DIVIDENDS
In the fourth quarter the company increased its dividend to $0.06 per
quarter which represents the equivalent of $0.24 annually, an increase from
the previous annual dividend of $0.04 per common share. The company
declared and paid a cash dividend of $0.06 and $0.04 per common share in
the fourth quarter of 2009 and 2008, respectively.
