1. Develop integral operation policy and
plans
(1) The company shall specify explicitly
policies of integral operation on the
chapters and external documents as
well as the implementation of Board
of Directors and managerial level
commitment.
(2) The company specifies prevention o
f
non-integral conducts and operating
procedures, conduct guidelines and
educational training for the solution.
(3) The company adopts prevention o
f
bribery and measures on provision
of illegitimate policial contributions
for business activities with higher
and non-integral conduct and risks
when formulating the prevention o
f
non-integral conducts.
1. Draft of “Integral Operation
Principles” in company chapters will
go into effect upon adoption by Board
of Directors. The content specifies
policies of company integral
operation and Board of Directors, as
well as commitment from the
managerial level.
2. ”Employee Moral and Conduct
Principles” formulated with
specification on how to prevent and
stop commercial conducts involving
fraud. The conducts are listed as
compulsory courses for all employees
while online education training course
has been completed in 2012.
3. It is specified in “Integran Operation
Principles” that illegitimate political
contribution, improper charity
donation or sponsorship,
unreasonsable gifst, treatment or other
illegitimate interests are prohibited.
