(6) Information on major customers
No single customer accounts for more than 10% of the consolidated sales revenues for the years
ended December 31, 2012 and 2011.
12. DISCLOSURES RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF IFRSs
Pursuant to the regulations of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan, R.O.C.,
effective January 1, 2013, a public company whose stock is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange
Corporation or traded in the GreTai Securities Market should prepare financial statements in
accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), International Accounting
Standards (IASs), relevant interpretations and interpretative bulletins that are ratified by the Financial
Supervisory Commission, and “Rules Governing the Preparation of Financial Statements by
Securities Issuers” that will be applied in 2013 in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
The Company discloses the following information in advance prior to the adoption of IFRSs under the
requirements of Jin-Guan-Zheng-Shen-Zi Letter No. 0990004943 of the Financial Supervisory
Commission, dated February 2, 2010:
(1) Major contents and status of execution of the Company’s plan for IFRSs adoption:
The Company has formed an IFRSs group, headed by the Company’s general manager, which is
responsible for setting up a plan relative to the Company’s transition to IFRSs. The major
contents and status of execution of this plan are outlined below:
