ECAREME TECHNOLOGIES, INC. changed its name to ASUS CLOUD
CORPORATION on November 18, 2011. FULLTEK GLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD.
changed its name to WAVEFACE HOLDING COMPANY LIMITED on October 26,
2011. AAEON merged with SHUO-YANG TECHNOLOGY INC. (SYT) on June 1,
2011 with SYT as the surviving company, whose name was changed to AAEON on
July 4, 2011. AAEONSI merged with AAEONEI on April 1, 2012 with AAEONEI
as the surviving company.
The intra-group transactions have been eliminated from the consolidated financial statements.
