with awarded works and post-production for broadcasting. The media and
scholars all praised the activity for the integratin of science with nature to
present the culture, knowledge, and professionalism of tribal life. The
participating children record the research course using digital technology
records to share the research report and learning experience, helping the
children with successful learning of computer technology use. The finalist
teams taking part in the award ceremony in Taipei also provides children
from remote area with opportunity to expand horizon. The aboriginal students
and teachers all demonstrate excellent performance from the activity each
year.
d. Sponsored Dashe Village for the third year of 5-Year Re-construction:
- Assisting 175 households with application and settling into Rinari tribe to
stabilize the life of tribal people in the process of moving.
- Provides 10 tribal people with employment through the Council for Labor
Affairs Incubation Plan in addition to assisting 3 studios.
- Routing meeting to provide 30 women with psychological stress release
activity.
- 3 volume or tribal newspapers that become the key information platform for
the tribe.
- The effect of incubation pla will attract more resources to be invested in the
Rinari occupational training: including Council for Labor Affairs, Council for
Indigenous People, Council for Cultural Affairs, Word Vision Taiwan,
Taiwan Fund for Children and Families, Rotary Clubs, as well as other public
sectors or private sectors.
(2) Promotion of digital art and Physical Education
Continue to sponsor contemporary art gallery, MONSTER cheerleading, and
Zhongzhen Senior High School Dance class to help young students with passion
in art, sports, music and dance to exchange their experience and learn from each
other.
a. Sponsor MOCA Taipei: Extend the sponsorship model with MOCA Taipei
by providing relevant ASUS products for free use by artists and organizers
invited by MOCA Taipei. ASUS cooperated with 9 domestic and
international contemporary art exhibitions in 2012 with over 200,000 people
attended the exhibitions.
b. Sponsorship to MONSTER Cheerleading Team Extend the sponsorship to
MONSTER Cheerleading Team continuously winning international and
national cheering competitions with fess for practice fields during daily
practice. So that players could continue their experience with discussion and
practice of techniques in a safer and comfortable site. The team practices 4
times a week with approximately 100 team members. The site is located in
the Tongli Gym in Luzhou. MONSTER performed in the following
competitions and results with each participating team printed with ASUS
LOGO:
- 1st and thir place for mixed men and women teams for national cheerleading
competitions with 8 consecutive years of national champainship.
- First and third place in four-people mixed men and women teams for national
cheerleading competitions.
