Common Stock
Time Warner Cable Inc. common stock is listed on the
New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “TWC.”
As of February 28, 2010, there were approximately
353 million shares of common stock outstanding, and
there were approximately 34,000 stockholders of record.
Separation and Reverse Stock Split
On March 12, 2009, Time Warner Cable Inc.’s separation
from Time Warner Inc. was completed. The separation was
effected as a pro rata dividend of all shares of Time Warner
Cable Inc. common stock held by Time Warner Inc. to Time
Warner Inc. stockholders. In connection with the separation,
on March 12, 2009, Time Warner Cable Inc. implemented
a 1-for-3 reverse stock split of Time Warner Cable Inc.
common stock.
Quarterly Dividend
On March 15, 2010, Time Warner Cable Inc. paid a quarterly
cash dividend of $0.40 per share of common stock to its stock-
holders of record on February 26, 2010, representing the fi rst
payment of a planned annual dividend of $1.60 per share.
