percentage of our new stores have been subject to build-to-suit arrangements, including approximately
72% of our new stores in 2010.

We lease the distribution centers located in Oklahoma, Mississippi and Missouri and own the other
six distribution centers. Approximately 7.25 acres of the land on which our Kentucky distribution center
is located is subject to a ground lease. As of January 28, 2011, we leased approximately 600,000 square
feet of additional temporary warehouse space to support our distribution needs.
Our executive offices are located in approximately 302,000 square feet of buildings in
Goodlettsville, Tennessee which are owned by us.
