Performance Graph
The following graph compares the cumulative total shareholder return on the Company’s Common
Stock with the Russell 2000 Index and a selected peer group from February 2, 2001 through January 27,
2006. The peer group comprises:
•Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc.
•The Finish Line, Inc.
•Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc.
•Genesco, Inc., whose business includes operations outside of athletic footwear and apparel
retailing, and
•The Sports Authority, Inc., which announced on January 23, 2006 that it had agreed to go private
through an acquisition by Leonard Green & Partners LP and certain members of its senior
management.
We believe that this selected group reflects our peers as retailers in the athletic footwear and apparel
industry.
