7.15 Effect of Plan. The provisions of the Plan shall be binding upon all successors and assigns of a Participant, including without
limitation the Participant's estate and the executors, administrators or trustees thereof, heirs and legatees, and any receiver, trustee in
bankruptcy or representative of creditors of the Participant.
7.16 Governing Law. The laws of the State of Connecticut shall govern all matters relating to the Plan, except to the extent such
laws are superseded by the laws of the United States.
7.17 Effective Date. The original Effective Date of this Plan is December 19, 1995.
