any such counterpart. This Amendment shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the State of New York. Each reference to the Loan
Agreement, the Security Agreement and the Aircraft Mortgage in the Loan Documents shall be deemed to be a reference to the Loan Agreement, Security
Agreement or Aircraft Mortgage (as applicable) as amended hereby.
