Administrative Agent, General Electric Capital Corporation, as Collateral Agent, General Electric Capital Corporation, as Original Lender and the Lenders
from time to time party thereto (as amended or modified from time to time, the "Loan Agreement"; the terms defined therein being used herein as therein
defined). We hereby give you notice requesting a Loan pursuant to Section 1.2(a) of the Loan Agreement, and in that connection we set forth below the
required information relating to such Loan (the "Proposed Loan"):
