What if I received more than one proxy card?
If you received more than one proxy card, it means that you have multiple accounts with brokers and/or our
transfer agent. You must complete each proxy card in order to vote all of your shares. If you are interested in

Who pays the expenses incurred in connection with the solicitation of proxies?
We pay all of the expenses incurred in preparing, assembling and mailing the Notice or this Proxy Statement and
the materials enclosed. We have retained Skinner & Company and MacKenzie Partners, Inc. to assist in the
solicitation of proxies at an estimated cost to us of $3,500 and $12,500, respectively. Some of our officers or
employees may solicit proxies personally or by telephone or other means. None of those officers or employees
will receive special compensation for such services.
