4. High Tech Computer Corp. (Suzhou) and HTC Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. engage in the manufacture
and sale of smart handheld devices and electronic components.
5. HTC Corporation (Shanghai WGQ) engages in repair and after-sales services.
6. ABAXIA SAS, HTC BLR, HTC America Innovation Inc., One & Company Design, Inc., Saffron Digital
