Adjusted net debt divided by the sum
of shareholders’ equity and adjusted
net debt.
Performance:
Gearing decreased by three percentage
points to 14%.
Definition:
Normalised operating profit after
tax divided by average adjusted
capital employed.
Performance:
ROCE increased to 22.2% (2014: 20.5%).
Definition:
Customer satisfaction index, based on
results of a customer satisfaction survey
which measures how satisfied the customer
was with their most recent flight.

lower than prior year primarily due
