Statement by the Directors Pursuant to Section 201(15)
We, Koh Boon Hwee and Cheong Choong Kong, being two of the directors of Singapore Airlines Limited, do hereby
state that in the opinion of the directors:
(i) the accompanying financial statements set out on pages 66 to 107 are drawn up so as to give a true and fair
view of the state of affairs of the Group and of the Company as at 31 March 2003, the results of the business,
the changes in equity and the cash flows of the Group and of the Company for the financial year ended on that
date; and
(ii) at the date of this statement there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts
as and when they fall due.
