Annual Meeting
The 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders is scheduled
to be held on May 5, 2010, at 8 a.m. at the Company’s
Pharmacy Technology & Innovation Center, 4600 North Hanley,
St. Louis, MO 63134.
Holders
As of December 31, 2009, there were approximately 328
stockholders on record of our Common Stock. We estimate
there are approximately 246,808 beneficial owners of the
Common Stock.
Dividends
The Board of Directors has not declared any cash dividends on
our common stock since the initial public offering. The Board
of Directors does not currently intend to declare any cash
dividends in the foreseeable future. The terms of our existing
credit facility and the indenture under which our public debt
was issued contain certain restrictions on our ability to
declare or pay cash dividends.
