COMBINED NOTES TO CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
As of December 31, 2015, there were approximately $14 million of unrecognized compensation costs related to nonvested
stock-based compensation arrangements. These costs are expected to be recognized over a weighted-average period of 2 years. The
total fair value of shares vested was $21 million in 2015, $20 million in 2014 and $20 million in 2013.
