on the Achievements against Targets over the three-year performance periods relating to the relevant awards.

* 16,130 PSP Final Awards of SIA ordinary shares were released to Mr Goh Choon Phong pursuant to the vesting of 10,752 PSP Base

^ Following approval by the Company’s shareholders of a special dividend of $0.80 per share on 29 July 2011, the Board Compensation
& Industrial Relations Committee approved an increase in all restricted shares and performance shares outstanding on 18 August
2011 under the RSP and PSP.

Details of the time-based RSP are disclosed in Note 5 to the financial statements. The time-based RSP awards were
made under the authority of the Board Compensation & Industrial Relations Committee.
