This Exhibit B includes additional terms and conditions that govern the RSUs granted to you under the Plan if you are located outside the U.S. Certain
capitalized terms used but not defined in this Exhibit B have the meanings set forth in the Amended and Restated 2012 Omnibus Incentive Plan and/or the
Award Agreement.
NOTIFICATIONS
This Exhibit B also includes information regarding exchange controls and certain other issues of which you should be aware with respect to participation in
the Plan. The information is based on the securities, exchange control, and other laws in effect in the respective countries as of November 2012. Such laws are
