In the event that any provision in this Award Agreement will be held invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severable from, and such
invalidity or unenforceability will not be construed to have any effect on, the remaining provisions of this Award Agreement.
If you have received this Award Agreement or any other document related to the Plan translated into a language other than English and if the meaning of
the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.
Notwithstanding any provision in this Award Agreement, if you work or reside outside the U.S., this Option grant shall be subject to the general non-
U.S. terms and conditions and the special terms and conditions for your country set forth in Appendix A. Moreover, if you relocate from the U.S. to one of the
countries included in Appendix A or you move between countries included in Appendix A, the general non-U.S. terms and conditions and the special terms and
conditions for such country will apply to you, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or
advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Appendix A constitutes part of this Award Agreement.
