•At the Annual General Meeting: If you are planning to attend
the Annual General Meeting and wish to vote your
common shares in person, we will give you a ballot at the
meeting. Shareholders who own their common shares in
street name are not able to vote at the Annual General
Meeting unless they have a proxy, executed in their favor,
from the holder of record of their shares.
Even if you plan to be present at the Annual General Meeting,
we encourage you to complete and mail the enclosed card to
vote your common shares by proxy.
What if I return my proxy or voting Your common shares will be voted according to the
instruction card but do not mark it to show instructions you have indicated on your proxy or voting
how I am voting? instruction card. If you sign and return your proxy card or
voting instruction card but do not indicate instructions for
voting, your common shares will be voted: ‘‘FOR’’ the
election of all nominees to the Board of Directors named on
the proxy card; ‘‘FOR’’ proposal two; and with respect to any

General Meeting, at the discretion of the proxy holders.
May I change or revoke my vote after I You may change your vote in one of three ways at any time
