Revenue
In 2001-02, the Companys revenue was $7,765 million, down 6.1% ($500 million) from last year.
Cargo revenue stated herein for April to June in both financial years are actuals. For July 2001 to March 2002, bellyhold revenue is based
on agreed rates with Singapore Airlines Cargo while the amount for July 2000 to March 2001 is notional to allow meaningful year-on-year
comparisons.

Passenger revenue dropped 5.6% ($371 million) to $6,301 million.
Cargo revenue at $448 million declined 12.8% ($66 million) because of weaker demand.
Bellyhold revenue from Singapore Airlines Cargo fell marginally (0.2%) to $584 million.
Non-scheduled services and incidental revenue was 13.0% lower ($59 million) than last year. This was mainly attributable to decreases in
interest receivable ($43 million), miscellaneous revenue ($35 million) and charter revenue ($9 million).
The sensitivity of passenger revenue to a 1.0 % point change in passenger load factor and a 1.0 % change in passenger yield is as follows:
