The number of stockholders of record was 4,365 as of February 18, 2011.
DIVIDENDS
In the fourth quarter of 2010 the company increased its dividend to $0.07
per quarter which represents the equivalent of $0.28 annually, an increase
from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.06 per common share. The
company declared and paid a cash dividend of $0.07 and $0.06 per
common share in the fourth quarter of 2010 and 2009, respectively.
