is the general partner of Barington Companies Equity Partners, L.P. ("Barington"). Barington Advisors is the

Investments beneficially own 1,443,899 and 991,780 shares of Pep Boys Stock, respectively. Mr. Mitarotonda
disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
