15. Successors and Assigns. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties to this Agreement and their respective heirs, legal
representatives, successors, successors-in-title and assigns.
16. Third Party Beneficiary. For so long as Series 6 Bonds for which any portion of the principal or interest is insured by the Bond Insurer, the Bond
Insurer shall be a third party beneficiary of this Agreement.
17. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which when taken together will constitute one and the same
instrument.
18. Incorporation by Reference. In connection with its execution and acting hereunder, the Trustee is entitled to all rights, privileges, protections,
immunities, benefits, immunities and indemnities provided to it under the Indenture.
