notice shall set forth, in reasonable detail, the nature of the Emergency Repairs and the proposed remedial measures as are reasonably necessary to cure such
condition. If IAT does not perform such Emergency Repairs with ten (10) days of receipt of notice from Delta, or such shorter period as may be reasonably
necessary to protect against an imminent threat to life, material property damage or security of the Delta Premises, Delta may (after making such efforts as are
reasonably practicable given the conditions necessitating the Emergency Repairs) take such minimally necessary measures related to the Emergency Repairs
as are required to protect against such imminent threat to life, material property damage or security of the Delta Premises.
