(b) Nothing herein provided under this Article 33 is a limitation upon the application of any Laws which establish different standards of compliance or

upon the application of requirements for the hiring of local or other area residents.

(c) Nothing in this Article 33 shall grant or be deemed to grant Delta the right to make any agreement or award for concessions or consumer services at

Terminal 4; however, this Section 33.04(c) is not intended to negate or supersede any such rights granted elsewhere in this Agreement.

Section 33.05. Benefit Of The Port Authority. Except as otherwise provided herein, the agreements made by Delta in this Article 33 shall be solely for

the benefit of the Port Authority, as a third party beneficiary, of this Agreement, and shall not give rise to any remedy in favor of any IAT Party, except to the

extent exercise thereof by such IAT Party is required by the Port Authority.
