given to the intent manifested by the portion or portions held to be invalid or unenforceable.
13. Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
14. Notices.
(a) All notices, demands and other communications ("notice") under or concerning this Agreement must be in writing. At the time of delivery of any
notice, a copy of such notice shall be provided to the Bond Insurer by the party sending such notice. Each notice shall be addressed to the intended
recipient at its address set forth in this Agreement, and shall be deemed to be duly given only if given in accordance with the notice provisions in
Section 80 of the Terminal 4 Lease or, in the case of the Trustee, Section 23 of the Indenture.
(b) Each party hereto and the Bond Insurer may change its address for notices by giving written notice thereof to the other parties in accordance with the
terms of Section 80 of the Terminal 4 Lease or, in the case of the Trustee, Section 23 of the Indenture.
