THE COMCAST CORPORATION RETIREMENT-INVESTMENT PLAN
Amended and Restated Effective January 1, 2014
Background
Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation, established The Comcast Corporation Employees’ Thrift Plan (the “Plan”) to
provide benefits to those of its employees and the employees of its subsidiaries who were eligible to participate as provided therein effective
December 1, 1979. The Plan was amended from time to time and amended, restated and redesignated The Comcast Corporation Retirement-
Investment Plan effective March 1, 1983. The Plan has been amended subsequently, and amended and restated at various times.
Comcast Corporation amended, restated and redesignated the Plan as The AT&T Comcast Corporation Retirement-Investment Plan,
effective November 18, 2002, the date on which the combination of Comcast Corporation and AT&T Broadband Corp. was consummated.
Immediately following such redesignation, the Plan was renamed as The Comcast Corporation Retirement-Investment Plan.
The Plan was last amended and restated effective July 1, 2014 (unless otherwise stated herein) to incorporate certain design changes.
Plan Mergers/Asset Transfers Prior to the Effective Date
The following plans were merged into the Plan as of the dates indicated below:
Effective April 1, 1998, assets from the tax-qualified defined contribution plan of Marcus Cable (the “Marcus Cable Plan”),
attributable to the account balances of participants in the Marcus Cable Plan who transferred employment directly from Marcus Cable to the
Company in connection with the Company

s acquisition of certain cable television businesses of Marcus Cable, were transferred to the Plan.
(1) Barden Savings Plan, the Michigan Savings Plan, the Suburban Savings Plan and the profit sharing and cash or deferred
arrangement portion of the Selkirk Plan were merged with and into this Plan
