Statement by the Directors Pursuant to Section 201(15)
We, Koh Boon Hwee and Chew Choon Seng, being two of the directors of Singapore Airlines Limited, do hereby state that
in the opinion of the directors:
(i) the accompanying consolidated financial statements of the Group and the balance sheet and statement of changes in
equity of the Company together with notes thereto are drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs
of the Group and of the Company as at 31 March 2005, the changes in equity of the Group and of the Company, the
results of the business and the cash flows of the Group for the financial year ended on that date; and
(ii) at the date of this statement there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts as
and when they fall due.
