elanie Stack (Stubbing). Ms. Stubbing has served as our President, International since August 2008

During the period from December 2003 to July 2008, Ms. Stubbing served as our Senior Vice President of
Operations, United Kingdom. Ms. Stubbing ran the UK-based toy, game and trading card operations for Hasbro,

nc. from January 2002 to November 2003. From November 2000 to January 2002, Ms. Stubbing served as the
Vice President for WeightWatchers.com. Prior to joining WeightWatchers.com, Ms. Stubbing was Managin

Director, Hedstrom, U.K. from August 1998 to October 2000, and from July 1989 to July 1998 she held various
marketing positions at Mattel UK Ltd., including Group Marketing Director. Ms. Stubbing is a business graduat
