Summary Non-cable Statistics
Selected statistics for our residential customers that are not connected directly through our cable
network, or non-cable customers, for the three months ended December 31, 2009 as well as for the
four prior quarters are set forth in the table below. During November 2008, we rebranded our non-
cable residential customers to Virgin Media National. Total non-cable products declined by 33,700
during the year ended December 31, 2008. This decline in non-cable products is partially due to the
migration of the billing systems supporting these customers which has delayed the introduction of new
offerings until the end of the year.
