prescription frames and sunglasses. Thanks to its global distribution network in both its retail and

& Gabbana, Polo Ralph Lauren, Prada, Tiffany & Co., and Versace. The Group’s products are
designed and manufactured in six manufacturing plants in Italy, two wholly owned plants in China
and two facilities in the United States.
