In 2012, Kia Motors established Kia Vision 2016 to meet its mid- to long-term business goals and secure
future growth engines. The main goal is to enhance global competitiveness through qualitative growth.
In line with this, Kia Motors laid out its 2013 management principles in order to systematize customer-oriented
management, optimize business structure for high efficiency and profit, and expand future growth potential.
