Voluntary termination Unvested Awards forfeited as

Employment.
Expires earlier of (i) original expiration date, or (ii) 30 days after
termination. If you die prior to end of this 30-day period, expires
earlier of (i) original expiration date, or (ii) 1 year after death.
Involuntary termination not
for Cause
Unvested Awards forfeited as

Employment.
Expires earlier of (i) original expiration date, or (ii) 1 year after
