FUTURE GROWTH
Going forward, we are pursuing a focused strategy to create value for both our customers and our
stockholders. Our competitive position remains strong, and I have never been more confident that we
have built the right platform to deliver further growth.
We continue to expand distribution, adding more branded locations and new partners. Our wholesale
network arrangement is a key advantage, allowing us to add new customers both in and out of our
company-owned network footprint.
Advancing our already-strong device portfolio, we expect to offer even more powerful feature sets
– with better cameras, bigger screens and faster processors. We also continue to evaluate all of the
available options to deliver high-value devices to our customers, from operating systems to 4G smart-
phones and tablets at attractive price points. And with a service plan refresh slated for the second half
of the year, we plan to introduce a series of interesting new choices to our customers.
Above all, we continue to optimize our customer experience to maximize our revenues and our margins.
Bringing it all home is our integrated advertising campaign, which continues to position Cricket as a
leading brand in the no-contract wireless category – with the goal of increasing brand consideration,
purchase intent and ultimately, preference.
Cricket has made tremendous progress, and I would like to recognize our employees, our partners
and our suppliers for making it possible to grow into the national carrier we have become. Our team’s
customer focus, our culture of value innovation and our commitment to cost leadership continue to
drive us forward.
