Note: All the above interested person transactions were carried out on normal commercial terms.
2 Material Contracts
Since the end of the previousnancial year, the Company and its subsidiary companies did not enter into any
material contracts involving interests of the Chief Executive Officer, directors or controlling shareholders and
no such material contracts still subsist at the end of the financial year.
