BUILD ON OUR INDUSTRY-LEADING TEAM
Over the last few years, we have made signicant investments in our talented team of associates. We have
implemented a new applicant hiring system in order to identify likely top performers in our stores; installed a
new labor scheduling tool that helps ensure that these top performers are on the sales oor at the right time;
enhanced our training programs; and created a new, company-specic global leadership model. It is our out-
standing team of associates, at every level of the organization and from all around the world, which has laid the
foundation of our recent success, and which we believe will enable us to achieve the key nancial goals in our
new long-range plan.
As we start on the next leg of our journey towards these objectives, we intend to:
