10. FIVE HIGHEST PAID EMPLOYEES
The five highest paid employees during the year included one
director (2005: Nil), details of whose remuneration are set out
in note 9 above. Details of the remuneration of the four (2005:
five) non-director, highest paid employees for the year are as

During the year, share options were granted to a non-director,
highest-paid employee in respect of his services to the Group,
further details of which are included in the disclosures in
note 35 to the financial statements. The fair value of such
options, which has been recognised to the income statement
over the vesting period, was determined as at the date of
grant and the amount included in the financial statements for
the current year is included in the above non-director, highest-
paid employees’ remuneration disclosures.
