INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS (Cont’d)
Mr. WU Yinong, aged 44, has served as an Independent Non-
executive Director of the Company since January 2005 and is a
member of both the audit committee and the remuneration
committee of the Company. Mr. Wu graduated from Portland State
University in the United States of America with a Master’s degree
in Business Administration in 1994. He has been in the investment
banking industry for more than 10 years. Prior to pursuing his
development in investment banking, he had held various positions
in the United States and the PRC.
SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Mr. YIP Wai Ming, aged 42, joined the Company in 2004 as Chief
Financial Officer. He is also the Company Secretary and Qualified
Accountant of the Company. Mr. Yip has more than 19 years of
experience in finance and accounting, and had held senior positions
in an international accounting firm, a major European bank and
listed companies in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University
of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and
from the University of London with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He
is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants and a member of the Chinese Institute of
Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. CHEN Lu Cheng, aged 37, graduated from College of
Constructive Material in Shandong, the PRC with a Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering in 1992. He joined the Haier Group in 1995
and has since held a number of senior positions in the washing
machine division. He is currently responsible for production
management of the washing machine business of the Group.
Mr. LU Pei Shi, aged 43, graduated from Shandong Agricultural
and Mechanical College, the PRC with a Bachelor’s degree in 1987.
He joined the Haier Group in 1995 and has since held a number of
senior positions in the washing machine business of the Haier
Group. He is currently responsible for the research and development
function of the washing machine business of the Group. He is a
member of the Washing Machine Sub-committee of the International
Electrotechnical Commission.
Mr. MA Xin Zhang, aged 46, graduated from Qingdao Mechanical
Industry College, the PRC. He joined the Haier Group in 1995 and
has since held a number of senior positions in the washing machine
division. He is currently a director of the Front Loading Washing
Machine Department.
Mr. ZHANG Zheng Tao, aged 32, graduated from Shangdong Light
Industry University, the PRC with a Bachelor’s degree of Material
Engineering. He joined the Haier Group in 1996 and has held a
number of senior positions in the water heater division. He is
currently a director of Electrothermal Appliance Department.

吳亦農先生，44歲，自二零零五年一月起出任
本公司獨立非執行董事，亦為本公司審核委員
會及薪酬委員會成員。吳先生於一九九四年畢
業於美國波特蘭州立大學，持有工商管理碩士
學位。彼具有十多年投資銀行業經驗。於發展
其投資銀行事業前，彼曾於美國及中國出任多
個職位。
高級管理層
葉偉明先生，42歲，於二零零四年加入本公司
出任財務總監，彼亦為本公司之公司秘書兼合
資格會計師。葉先生於財務及會計方面累積逾
十九年經驗，曾先後於一家國際會計師行、一
家大型歐洲銀行及香港多家上市公司出任高級
職位。彼畢業於香港大學，獲頒社會科學學士
學位，亦取得倫敦大學法律學士學位。彼為香
港會計師公會會員、英國特許公認會計師公會
資深會員及中國註冊會計師協會會員。
陳彔城先生，37歲，於一九九二年畢業於中國
山東建築材料工業學院，獲頒工程學士學位。
彼於一九九五年加入海爾集團，並自此出任洗
衣機部門的多項要職。彼現負責管理集團洗衣
機業務之生產事宜。
呂佩師先生，43歲，於一九八七年畢業於中國
山東農業機械化學院，獲頒學士學位。彼於一
九九五年加入海爾集團，並自此出任洗衣機業
務的多項要職。彼現負責本集團洗衣機業務之
研究及開發工作。彼現為國際電工委員會洗衣
機分技術委員會工作組專家。
馬新章先生，46歲，畢業於中國青島機械工業
學校。彼於一九九五年加入海爾集團，並自此
出任洗衣機部門的多項要職。彼現為滾筒洗衣
機部部長。
張正濤先生，32歲，畢業於中國山東輕工業大
學，持有材料工程學士學位。彼於一九九六年
加入海爾集團，並自此出任熱水器部門的多項
要職。彼現為電熱器具部部長。
