40. OPERATING LEASE ARRANGEMENTS (Cont’d)
(b) As lessee
The Group leases certain properties under operating
lease arrangements. Leases for the properties are
negotiated for terms ranging from one to ten years.
At the balance sheet date, the Group and the Company
had total future minimum lease payments under non-
cancellable operating leases falling due as follows:
